The Cold-Formed Steel Research Consortium (CFSRC) hosts the premier international conference in cold-formed steel research and development: the CFSRC Colloquium. Using an online format that allows ready participation from the entire world the CFSRC Colloquium provides a forum where the global cold-formed steel research community can share its latest research findings and all interested parties can stay up to date on the latest findings for this efficient and resilient structural solution. The Colloquium initiated in October of 2020 to meet the needs of the research community during the global pandemic and to pick up the mantle of cold-formed steel research sharing from the Center for Cold-Formed Steel Structures International Specialty Conference series. In 2020 the Colloquium hosted 110 concurrent attendees from 15 times zones and 51 papers and talks over 2 days. In 2022 the Colloquium grew to 2 1/2 days, but still maintained a single track format with an opportunity for the community to hear from and interact with all of the research. CFSRC looks forward to providing and growing the Colloquium on a biennial basis in the coming years.
